Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saissac

It's hard to write a review that doesn't seem sponsored because everything was so perfect, but I assure you, we're real human travelers and we really found a perfect place. Val and Phil are very present while being non-intrusive, they have excellent advice and are very attentive to the guests of their cottages. I say "their" because there are 3 cottages for rent in addition to their private residence and each of them has its own personal private area, the (large) swimming pool is shared but this allows you to meet together for moments of conviviality. The "Figuier" cottage we booked is perfect in its design and offers breathtaking sunrise views. A little piece of heaven at the foot of the Black Mountain.

such a beautiful, tranquil spot. we had a lovely couple of the days in this cottage in the hills, with beautiful surroundings. the hosts were very helpful and kind. one night we ordered food from a neighbour and it was amazing. highly recommend!

This small wooden house is not so small and allows you to completely recharge in the countryside. The description and photos are perfectly accurate, the accommodation is very well-equipped. You are literally in the middle of nature (beware of various insects and ants in the house). Marielle is a very accommodating host, we thank her for her clear instructions.

We had a nice stay at Jo's house. Our daughter had no shortage of toys and loved the slide in the garden! The walk to the lake is beautiful. The surroundings are super quiet. Jo has a lot of useful information available and responds quickly to messages!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility and total relaxation then Lizzie’s place is perfect. It’s home from home with a French twist. It is situated in a quiet village with some friendly locals. It’s in an area where there is plenty of things to do and see. The house itself is clean and tidy. The bed was comfy ensuring a good night’s sleep. It is well equipped and Lizzie has provided plenty of information about what to see and do and the best places to eat. The courtyard garden is charming and a great place to eat breakfast before it becomes too hot and in the evening when it cools you can eat your dinner or have a BBQ. Would definitely recommend. Claire and Peter are extremely welcoming, at the same time discreet, but attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is paradise for those who love the beauty of nature, silence, tranquility and simplicity. Ideal for browsing Cathar sites in all directions. The main room is spacious, comfortable and comfortable to live in. Also, the view from this room and from the adjoining terrace is really splendid. Too bad we came without our guitars, because we learned that Peter was a good guitarist and we could have shared a few notes. We highly recommend this place for all nature lovers. Very clean and quality apartment. But as it is in the city center, there is the inconvenience of street noise especially if you want to leave the windows open.

We had a very good night at this property. The host was available to answer any questions I had. The accommodation was clean, well-appointed and faithful to the photos in the listing. Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise surrounded by nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. Living spaces are equipped with care and modernity. And the pool is just amazing, overlooking the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! Even with bad weather you can have a nice time as in the living room you are immersed in nature thanks to the big windows. Really remarkable was also the equipment of the kitchen, there is everything (tarte formes, icecubes, coffee,…).

We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

Situated off a country road, down a little lane with two or three houses nearby, Guillaume's house offers a beautiful, tranquil respite from the world. The house is well equipped, very spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, and the outside terrace is quite big and partially covered so you can escape the sun when necessary. Guy and Agnes, the parents of Guilluame, were warm and welcoming. Guy gave us an extended tour of his vineyards and pistachio tree orchard, which are just stunning. We had a personal tasting of his wine that was wonderful. We enjoyed the vineyard views from the terrace, loved listening to the great variety of birds and the stargazing at night was awesome. We need to go back!!

I had the pleasure of staying two nights in a remarkably decorated, bright, quiet and perfectly equipped accommodation. The setting is both peaceful and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sabine and Eric for their high quality welcome, availability and sense of service. Their wise advice on local activities and good addresses greatly enriched my stay. I also had the chance to discover local products made available in the accommodation. It was a very successful experience, which I will be happy to repeat to continue discovering the region.

everything was perfect only note €40 cleaning fee is totally exaggerated and unjustified despite Christophe's superb welcome, his presence and listening i will not rent this place again given the cleaning fee
