Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The cottage, "Le Joyeux Liseron", is a cozy maisonette with terrace on stilts plus a nature area with beautiful views of the hills and private Nordic bath. Independent, it is at the back of the property, facing nature. Boulodrome with free access. An ideal gîte for a relaxing/nature stay. The "Maison du Verger" is a country cottage located in an "organic" orchard independent of our family home "La Tuilerie de Villelongue" for nature lovers, calm guaranteed. The cottage includes a kitchen area, dining room, a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom-WC, sunny terrace. We are close to the Cathar Castles, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Village du Livre de Montolieu and a stone's throw from the sea.

You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel.
