You are warmly welcome in our apartment "Le carrosse doré". In the center of the picturesque, medieval village of Conques-sur-Orbiel, a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne is our beautiful apartment. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, has a private entrance, and Wi-Fi. The village of Conques-sur-Orbiel has a small supermarket, a bakery, a pizzeria, Restaurant La Maison, and Cocktail Bar/Restaurant Appa Lanka, as well as a tobacco shop and a laundromat. This is all within walking distance.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

The two cottages at your disposal, carefully renovated in a 17th century abbey farm, can accommodate up to 20 people. Enjoy the pool, let yourself be lulled by the birdsong, breathe in the fresh air: it's the perfect place to meet, rest, share good meals, and simply enjoy.

"Le Verger de Villelongue" country cottage

The "Maison du Verger" is a country cottage located in an "organic" orchard independent of our family home "La Tuilerie de Villelongue" for nature lovers, calm guaranteed. The cottage includes a kitchen area, dining room, a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom-WC, sunny terrace. We are close to the Cathar Castles, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Village du Livre de Montolieu and a stone's throw from the sea.
