A short walk from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as "furnished tourist property 3⭐️", is located in Lauzières (oyster farming village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Small shop located in La Rochelle, in the very pleasant area of Tasdon (where we also live). The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes walk to the harbor and beach. You will find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee… You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being safe from nuisance.

Accommodation overlooking the ocean on the first floor of an 85 m2 house in Chatellaillon Beach, a few minutes' walk from the beaches, the port, the Thalasso centers, the aquatic center and restaurants. You will find a little further away the city center with Bakery, Pharmacy, Supermarket,... a market every day, the Casino, the train station.
