Located 10 minutes' walk from the center of Périgny, its park and the aquatic center, our accommodation offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. You will be minutes away from La Rochelle, quickly accessible by car, by bike via the bike paths along the Rompsay Canal, or by bus (stop only 20 meters away). You can also easily reach Châtelaillon and Ile de Ré. With four parking spaces available, parking is simple and convenient.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Seaside getaway: quiet air-conditioned house

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
