Vacation rentals with a pool in Sainte-Soulle

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is as described and as shown in the photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with lots of dirty dishes. We couldn't use the outdoor shower and outdoor toilet because they weren't cleaned... Given the price of the rental, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We rented this place for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there without a second thought, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Thanks again to Dylan for this place that allowed us to have an unforgettable time :)

A perfect stay at Christophe's! Accessible and responsive to our requests. Beautiful and very pleasant house! We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone enjoyed the setting. A little extra for the rooms that each had a shower/sink.

We stayed here as a family (3 year old and 4 month baby)- everything you could need. Very clean, top appliances and facilities. Great coffee machine and cold filtered water with ice from machine (fridge). Supermarket, bakery and restaurant a 10 minute walk (if that?). Very quiet area. 15 mins to La Rochelle by car. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Felt very at home, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and great bbq. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade if you need it. Sunbeds very comfortable. Although no air con the villa has plug in fans should you need it. Very modern villa with electric shutters in every room keeping it generally cool. Would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay and had a great multigenerational holiday with our children and grandchildren. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the pool, the space, and being just a few mins cycle from the boulangerie and the covered market with fabulous fruit and veg. We hired bikes which were delivered to us and enjoyed cycling to La Flotte, St Martin & Ars en Ré. Take away pizzas from the far end of the village also recommended. Everything was made easy for us by Lionel and Emilie, thank you!

Stella and Phillipe are very sweet and helpful hosts. They always try to make sure you're doing well and that you're not missing anything. The house is very tastefully decorated and the pool is a dream. We will be happy to come back!!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we'll be happy to come back! thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and trust.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Well-arranged accommodation, close to amenities and a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Martin. A very responsive host who takes good care of his guests; he responded quickly to water damage in one of the bathrooms. Too bad the local products were no longer available in the accommodation. Impeccable apartment, perfectly equipped and ideally located, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Patrice is a warm, available and very accommodating host. A very pleasant stay — I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant stay with the family! The house is spacious and comfortable. The small negative point, we had a lot of flies in the main room during our stay. Nothing serious ☺️

Just returned from a great stay, Christophe the key holder and owner was lovely and helpful with any questions we had and kindly dropped off some eggs that his chickens had laid which were very tasty. The house has a wealth of family history itself and the things displayed across the house show these off and the information in the house guide explain some of these items and the link to the family. It's a beautiful house and stays cool in the warm weather too (keep the shutters closed in the day to help this). The pool is beautiful and the house amenities catered for all our needs. It's also a great location to get to without a car as the train station is a short walk away and goes direct to Poitiers and La Rochelle. We had a lovely time and a really relaxing week 😊

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

We had a great weekend with the family. We were able to enjoy the many amenities. We'd love to come back!

Great location , spacious house, large garden . All as described . Only Small downside and easily repairable , cooking utensils not always suitable for a large family (dishes , bowls , pots, pie mussels etc .) .
