Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. We stayed for one night at Line’s place as a group of four. The accommodation had everything we needed. The place was very clean and homey. We settled in very well. Line is proactive in her communication, so everything went smoothly. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and is a short drive from the downtown area (under 20 minutes without traffic). It’s a nice change from spending the day in the city. We would love to come back again and stay longer next time!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful small nest. It was nice, quiet and very kids friendly. They enjoyed the few games that they left and we also had a great family time in the pool. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

This is a great place to stay! Has some great hiking trails close by - chute Jean Larose and saint anne canyon..! Very cosy and comfortable

One of our favorite Airbnb spots. Very clean, well laidout, well equipped. Nice safe neighborhood, great for walking. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Stunning views of the river, exactly as shown in the photos. No smell of sulfur in the water contrary to what some previous comments said. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

For a winter stay! Well located for going to either Mont Saint-Anne or Le Massif and for downhill skiing or cross-country skiing. Grocery store – Brewery and restaurant nearby. Very good and clean accommodation! Daniel responds quickly. Even a binder at our disposal to let us know things to do in the area. I would recommend it in a second.

We were hosted very well by Lionel. He adapted to our schedule and gave us a lot of information about things to do in the area. The accommodation is very clean and the bedding is of very good quality. I would recommend it with pleasure :)

They are pleasant hosts who are very responsive, quick response to messages It's for us become a tradition it's our 3rd year when we kind of end our ski season by enjoying their spa location also very much appreciated after a beautiful day on the slopes

Excellent location to explore the Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier and close enough to Quebec City to go to dinner in Quebec City! Impeccable and very comfortable accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen!

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

Quiet and perfect place for a couple. We loved our time in this place.

We had an excellent stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was very clean and bright, thanks to the big windows that let in lots of daylight and sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and popular sites. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with our visit and would definitely recommend!
