The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
