Ideally situated: - less than a 10-min walk to the market and shops - less than a 10-min walk to the beaches - 100 meters from a supermarket - 15 min walk to the port and its must-see oyster shacks converted into artists' studios - 15 min walk to the Citadel of Eleanor of Aquitaine - at the foot of the cycle paths.

The house is located in the center of Saint-Trojan, close to all amenities. We named it "La Ribambelle". The beautiful Saint-Trojan seawall is a 5-minute walk, the first beach is a 10-minute walk, and one of the most beautiful beaches on Île d'Oléron – Gatseau – is a 10-minute drive. For holidays with family or friends, you will find all the comforts that we have taken care to put in place so that you can spend a pleasant holiday, filled with the sweetness of life.

Victorine Market will feed you fresh fish, the vegetable market and small shops will complete your menus.

Maison Oléronaise of about 95m ² on a large wooded lot a few steps from the beach and the state forest of Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. The house is located in the classified seaside resort of Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. It is 300 m from the sun beach and about ten meters from the state forest where you will find a stop for the small train of Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. The center of town is 10 minutes by bike.
