Shops, market less than 3 km away. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

This authentic Oleron house built by my grandparents in the sixties has been completely renovated by an interior designer. The lighthouse house has gained in comfort and elegance while keeping its charms of yesteryear that will immerse you in the heart of the sweetness of the island of Oléron. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Shaded garden, not overlooked. Perfect for a relaxing vacation with kids or friends. For winter, there is a pellet stove and electric heaters. The typical Château d'Oléron market is open year-round. The house is pleasant in winter too.
