Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

We were hosted very well by Fabien who is very friendly and responsive. The house is great as well as the garden and the environment. The place is quite suitable for children, especially since Fabien had kindly provided baby equipment (in addition to other amenities for young and old!). We would recommend this house without hesitation and will be back as soon as possible!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

Very nice stay, the accommodation is in a very good location for quick access to several very beautiful sites. The accommodation is very convenient, well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus.

Very welcoming hosts. Great and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the greenway offers you a perfect bike getaway. The "train marin" activity is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

10 years ago we were here and never forgot the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We'll be back sometime and it's hard to leave here. A little piece of paradise on earth.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Fabienne is a friendly and helpful hostess. Check-in and check-out could be varied without any problems. Fabienne is discreet and yet always available. We felt very comfortable in your modern renovated, quiet house. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the beautiful garden and the proximity to Saint-Malo. A perfect starting point for excursions by bike in the beautiful surroundings. Those who love peace and proximity to nature are very well accommodated here. The beautiful small towns and beaches by the sea can be reached quickly by bike or car. The house is much nicer than the photos show. A great stay in Saint-Malo intra-muros! The accommodation is ideally located, close to the ramparts, shops and the beach. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the stay very pleasant. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, quiet and very comfortable.

We stayed at Danielle’s lovely apartment for three days. The apartment was as described: clean, centrally located, well supplied with cooking utensils, comfortable beds and modern tasteful decor. We were able to wander the town and seaside, and took an Aeolus bus to Mont saint-michel while afterward returning to an ideal location. Karl and Christine

We were greeted personally, the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped In just 5 minutes on the beach:) We each walked to St. Malon, it takes about 20 minutes. However, it is nice along the beach. Small seating area (right on the street, but very little traffic) sunny in the evening. Everything you need is there. Thank you!

A very pleasant stay in a house where you can quickly feel good. Cosy is the right term. Outdoor environment and amenities conducive to tranquility and when in addition, the weather is part of it, what more could you ask for? Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Welcoming and warm contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and then you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and sights are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

We had a great time! The sea view is stunning, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is ideally located: the beach, shops, hiking departures... everything is within walking distance. Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍
