We were hosted very well by Fabien who is very friendly and responsive. The house is great as well as the garden and the environment. The place is quite suitable for children, especially since Fabien had kindly provided baby equipment (in addition to other amenities for young and old!). We would recommend this house without hesitation and will be back as soon as possible!

Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. 10 years ago we were here and never forgot the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We'll be back sometime and it's hard to leave here. A little piece of paradise on earth.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
