We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

A very nice place in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many attractions can be easily reached by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

Wonderful stay. Exactly as described. We had perfect weather for the outdoor terrace and used this for evening apéro and morning coffee. Very comfortable and well appointed space.

We had a great time at Valérie and Daniel's. The house is new, tastefully decorated, it feels like home. Very well placed to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped, basic products and small appliances useful for preparing good meals. Everything was made available for our 1 year old daughter Louna: crib, changing table, high chair, bath basin, blender for meals and lots of toys. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained and full of pretty flowers. A terrace with table, umbrella, barbecue and deckchairs are available to enjoy the sunny weather. 2 bikes and beach accessories, games of all kinds for outings. Valerie welcomed us in person to give us useful information and give advice for activities in the surroundings. She was responsive to our questions throughout our stay. Again, thank you for a great week. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Boris and Romane's place. The house is located on a one-way street that is very quiet. The house is very modern and the decoration is very tasteful and sober. We also really enjoyed the small garden with the furniture that allowed us to enjoy the sun. Communication with Boris was excellent. Convenience: To get to the small shops in Dinard, it takes 20 minutes on foot. The baker is a little closer, 10 minutes away. We discovered a supermarket closer but a little too late. The top of Dinard is very quiet in June, few vehicles and few tourists, except on the weekends, which are a little more lively. Dinar is very quiet in June,

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well-decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. A place that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained how the different appliances in the house work. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll be back with the sun, I hope, next time.

Lovely place to stay with a great garden. Everything you need for a vacation in Brittany (e.g. kitchen equipment, BBQ, washing machine). Good location to explore the area around St Malo/Dinard. An improvement request would be better wifi :). Otherwise everything is great!

We felt right at home in Xavier's house. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants. Xavier had provided lots of toys which our kids loved. The piano was also a big hit. Xavier was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated the early check in. We had an amazing trip!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

Catherine is a very lovely helpful hostess. The accommodation is generously equipped and the garden is beautiful. You can stay outside for a long time in the sunshine. The accommodation is a bit remote, but the beautiful beaches are within walking distance and there are many attractions in the immediate vicinity.

We had a superb stay at Lionel's house. Location is perfect, just outside St Malo and within close distance to beaches, ships and all the attractions of the area. The house is beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, with a gorgeous garden and decking area, and all the amenities you could need - modern, well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a utility room, super comfortable beds, ample parking and a safe outside space to store bikes. Lionel and his relatives are so nice and helpful. We didn't experience any difficulties or problems. We are very grateful to Lionel for hosting us, we'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Lionel as a host and his house as a highest quality listing.
