Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss.
