Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Beautiful clean house equipped with every comfort. Beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen and shower/toilet. Beautiful large garden with terrace and the possibility to BBQ. Especially child-friendly and lots of play options for children. This location is really recommended. Jean -Yves and his wife are very friendly and kind and are always willing to help you or answer questions. In short: it was another great vacation. -

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 2nd floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.
