Studio in DRC, not accessible to PRMs. You will have an independent entrance and terrace. This home has all the comforts, a kitchenette, air conditioning and heating. The road that will take you to the Grande plage de St Trojan is right across the street from the property, bike path set up. Ideally located, you can do everything on foot or by bike. You'll be right next to the harbor, restaurants, market, and artists' huts. Linens not provided (+20 euros upon request).

Preview park and market view, shops and cinema 1 minute walk, beaches and lake 5 minutes walk. Presence of a bike storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available.
