Unsere frisch renovierte 4.5 Zi Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Mattertal im Dorf St. Niklaus. Sie ist ausgestattet für 5-6 Personen und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Skigebiete Grächen und Zermatt. Im Sommer ist sie zentral gelegen für unzählige Wanderungen und Biketouren. 50m neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle für nach Grächen oder auch zum nahe gelegenen Bahnhof St. Niklaus. Ca. 10min Gehzeit. 30m neben der Wohnung ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (Migros). Gratis Prakplatz.

Studio für 2 Personen im sonnigsten Quartier von Grächen. Das Studio ist bestens ausgerüstet, damit Sie in den Ferien so richtig entspannen können. Das Appartement wurde im Dez 2019 neu eingerichtet. Unseren Gästen steht eine grosse Terrasse zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung, von welcher Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende imposante Bergwelt haben. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Winter können geübte Skifahrer direkt von der Piste aus bis vor das Ferienhaus fahren.

Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar, kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft 20 Meter entfernt. 2023 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett fertig renoviert und modernisiert. Inkl. Waschmaschine. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos. Frühstück auf Wunsch erhältlich.
