You don't even need the car here. But there are also great excursions: Zermatt, Saas-fee, the longest suspension bridge, Sion, Leukerbad... even Italy is not far away.

In winter, we recommend arriving only by 4WD car due to snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! We often use the apartment for our family vacation, so it is well maintained and furnished. In just 30 minutes by train in Zermatt, in 45 minutes in Visp and 1 hour in Brig. Parking is available right in front of the house, Wi-Fi is available. The price already includes the visitor's tax.
