Close to trams, the mutualist clinic, shops, and the Estacade market... Train station and city center (15 min and 20 min walk). Easy access: close to the bypass. Parking is available for a small car (max 2 m high and 4 m long). Accessible and closed garden, you can enjoy it while respecting the calm. Great for a bike.

We are 45 min from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if needed and will be very responsive in case of problems.
