Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Very well located apartment, quiet, subway nearby, breathtaking views

Jeremy was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was just like in the photos - clean, bright and comfortable. I didn't realize when reserving that there was a metro stop just outside the building but what a great surprise! Very convenient if you arrive from Gare de Lyon as it's a direct 14 min trip. It made it so easy to get into the center of Paris and move around. Just a note, there are families in the building so sometimes in the day children can be quite loud. It didn't bother me, and the bedroom is not street facing so it's peaceful. I'm happy with my stay and would come back.

A real gem in Vincennes! The apartment is absolutely perfect: clean, bright, tastefully decorated and ideally located. Steve was a great host, available, responsive and attentive. We had a great time and will be back without hesitation. A big thank you.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of Paris . Highly recommended

I was in Paris with my family for a week and we chose this apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and nicely decorated. There were only 2-3 little things that we found somewhat annoying. On the one hand, it was the clogged drain in the sink of the bathroom (I registered this directly on the first day and still got no response to it) on the other hand, you could have paid attention to being available in an apartment for 4 people accordingly 4 glasses, 4 cups, etc. Unfortunately, our apartment was not ready for check-in until an hour later, so at 5 pm, not at 4 pm, because at 4.30 pm, when we arrived, the friction force was on site, but at check-out, however, it was on time at 9.50 am at the door. Otherwise, the apartment was really great and recommended. The location as described. In front of the door, 2 bus lines run with which you can get to the Metro 1 (otherwise 15 min walk)

The apartment is very functional and the area is very peaceful which is appreciated after long days of sightseeing in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

I had a great experience at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you immediately notice when you enter. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay, it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I highly recommend this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, this is the place to be.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thank you Audrey :-)

It's a small place with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. It is also conveniently close to Metro line 1.
