We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! Family home, in a quiet area. Very well equipped for children, they will inevitably find something to enjoy among all the toys and games available. Perfect communication with Gildas. Self-check-in to the house. I would recommend it in a second.

We are so grateful to have had the chance to spend a week in Antoine, Caroline and Lea’s beautiful house in St Briac. The location is unbeatable, tucked away so as to be peaceful but within a short walk of the beaches, restaurants and shops in a very special village. We were four adults and one toddler. The house was perfectly equipped for all of us and beautifully designed. we could not have asked for more and hope to return!

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and identical to the listing description. The garden is really ideal for quietly enjoying the outdoors. The bedding is very good. The big + of the accommodation is the location; everything is within walking distance, it's really great. The market and Les Halles are right next door. We were totally enchanted by this cute stone cottage. Hearing the birds singing was a delight. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lavender.

Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. This one is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Very cozy apartment, nice decoration, very convenient parking next door and above all a MAGNIFICENT view of the beach and sunsets. In addition, Jean Phillipe is very nice and responsive. I recommend it.

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed linens and towels is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is a very attentive and warm host. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's available! We will do it again!

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a great week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well-equipped, modern and very conveniently located facing the sea with private beach access. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is nice) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will definitely book this apartment for an upcoming stay in Saint Malo.

A very nice place in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous tours and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it's one of the best cottages we've rented.

We loved our stay at Maelle & Stéphane's apartment. We felt very comfortable, and the place is very clean. Good furniture, and the bed is very good quality! Anyone with back problems can sleep peacefully :) The apartment has anything you need during a stay. The location is in a very nice area close to everything. Quick and useful communication with Maelle & Stéphane, and to access the apartment is very easy. I recommend their place :)

We had a great time in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and absolutely nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.
