We had a pleasant family stay. This weekend was conducive to a total disconnection

we had a great time in a very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, very well equipped whether for cooking, dishes, bed linen...the outside is well equipped as well. Congrats on this quality renovation! Audrey is very responsive, accurate in the information, that you positive even for the price.

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Welcoming and warm contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and then you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and sights are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of small touches during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Very spacious and functional house. Very bright house, and probably very well insulated, because the temperature has always remained cool, even on very sunny days. Perfectly matches the description and photos presented. Very quiet neighborhood, and access, within walking distance, to the beach, allowed us to take many walks with our dogs, at any time. Well exposed garden, ideal with comfortable deckchairs. We fully enjoyed these few days of relaxation, and we warmly thank Adrienne for her availability, and her desire to give us the best advice, when it was useful to us. Excellent stay. Very nice accommodation, functional, very well-equipped, close to all amenities, beaches on foot or by bike. We were able to meet Philippe who took the time to greet us and check that everything was okay for us.

This house is perfect for a stay in Dinard. Everything is within easy walking distance - the beach is a 5 minute stroll and the town only 15/20 minutes. There is even a free bus just around the corner! There are excellent bakeries and restaurants near by and there are plenty in the centre of Dinard too. The house is immaculate and although there were only two of us, it would also be ideal for a family. The owners responded very promptly and gave great advice. We spent our days walking around the headland, eating, drinking and having a wonderful time - this is France at its best. Thank you so much for facilitating a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful renovated old farm house on a burgeoning organic farm not far from Dinan, Saint Malo, and other local attractions. The house has been lovingly renovated and is truly beautiful outside and out. We felt at home from the first moment we stepped inside. Etienne and Thérèse are crafting an amazing life for themselves and their family on this wonderful spot and it was a pleasure to get to share a few days of the experience they're enjoying. Communication was easy and there are many local treasures nearby, from a bakery walking distance in the nearby village (and a wonderful local wholesale coffee roaster) to the magnificent beaches. We would love to return one day (hopefully when the vegetables are ready!) and send all best wishes to this lovely family on their growing organic farm. Thanks!

We had a lovely week at this property. It was stylish, well equipped and maintained to a much higher standard than many of the French homes we have rented in France over many years!! The garden was lovely with plenty of shade during what was a very hot and beautiful week for us, and it was so quiet in the evenings that we spent a lot of our time out there eating and drinking and listening to music. The property is just on the outskirts of Saint Briac, and is reached by some narrow lanes, and so we used the car to get to the village amenities and the promenade on the coastal road which was a delight for walkers and cyclists. Very beautiful scenes of the coast and the boats, and Saint Briac has a lovely bar as well as a range of shops and of course boulangeries!! Marine was so friendly and helpful, and she wanted us to enjoy our time at her home and we certainly did. We hope to return.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Martin's house is superb, everything is new and absolutely all the necessary amenities are available. The photos are very accurate, it's even more beautiful in real life, and tastefully decorated. Impeccable cleanliness. The location of the house is perfect, you can't find anything more peaceful and relaxing, and yet in a few minutes by car you are at the sea! Perfect for a stay between sea and countryside.

What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
