Proche du centre de Lancieux, 700 m de la plage de Saint-Sieuc et de la Briantais, 15 mins de Dinard, 20 mins de St-Malo et 23 mins de Dinan. Studio meublé à neuf, pièce de vie lumineuse, cuisine ouverte, couchage confortable, tv, salle d'eau avec wc, placard, terrasse et stationnement privatif, boite à clés. Logement mitoyen au notre, nous sommes disponible facilement.

Confort et charme pour cet appartement de 43 m2 exposé sud , au 1er étage d'une ancienne maison Dinardaise, cuisine séjour esprit loft, 1 chambre + 1 coin couchage en mezzanine, sdb, wifi gratuit, places gratuites dans la rue. Refait à neuf, dans une rue calme à 400 m de la plage, commerces, marché à pied. Pour les séjours de moins de 7 jours une option linge de lit est possible (10€/1 lit double). Option ménage courant de fin de séjour possible : (a voir sur place a votre accueil).

Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Studio classified for tourism 3 stars - 2 nights minimum 42 m2 for two travelers -a bed 140 x 190 cm- After walking along the just a little dark corridor of a bakery that smells like fresh bread and climbing a staircase, you enter in a space revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The whole is very boudoir, sweet refined, very dreamlike, clear and bright with a view of the garden: a real cocoon that makes you forget everything!
