The house, air-conditioned, is located 45 minutes from Aix and 1 hour from Marseille. It offers 80 m2 of living space and a garden (front/back with terrace) of 300 m2. The living room (20 m2) is parqueted in solid wood and overlooks the garden/terrace through a bay window. 3 bedrooms are available: the 1st (12 m2) with a double bed and the other 2 with a 90 cm bed (one of 12 m2 and the other of 8 m2 with a large bay window instead of the wall overlooking the terrace). 2 car spaces are available and free.

The rooftop studio in the heart of Luberon

Our house is located in the center of Vaugines, a small peaceful village. Studio with independent access on the top floor with a terrace with views of the rooftops, Ste Victoire and the garden. Two minutes away, the Place de la Fontaine with the Town Hall, the Insitio restaurant (for gourmets) and the café (pizzeria). In 10 and 30 minutes you will be in Lourmarin, Roque d'Anthèron, Aix-en-Provence, places of prestigious festivals. You will enjoy the paths, trails, roads crisscrossing the Luberon.

Beautiful recently renovated apartment, on the 1st and top floor of a beautiful residence, has two rooms overlooking the river banks. At 150 m, a path leads you to the edge of the Verdon (picnic tables), free parking. The accommodation is close to the center of Greoux and less than fifteen minutes from Lake Esparron. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher). The place is quiet and relaxing, very pleasant.

Come and discover this charming house in the heart of Quinson. Lovers of nature and wide open spaces will be delighted here between large bodies of water and hikes along the Verdon Gorge with magnificent views. The cottage is a short walk from the Museum of Prehistory, small shops and the market, a few more minutes' walk and you will find yourself on the shores of Lake Quinson and its beautiful waters.

Very nice studio located in a green setting, 10 min walk to Lake Esparron de Verdon and 20 min walk to the village with its nautical center. You can relax in the quiet garden. You will have the choice of views of the village and its surrounding hills or views of the garden. It is adjoining our house but totally independent.
