Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint-Jean-de-Soudain

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Odile was always responsive and very flexible with our booking request. The apartment is in an ideal location - with a fabulous bakery just steps away. You are in the middle of the action, with beautiful views. The bedroom is in the back, so the nightlife sounds do not disturb your sleep. Would definitely return to this location.

I loved the interor and the balcony of the apartment. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and around the apartment, there were plenty of cute restaurants. Definitely worth the trip!

We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

Benoit's place was as described. Very clean, close to everything and with all amenities. I highly recommend it. Benoit was also very flexible on departure and arrival times, which was much appreciated.

We have traveled all over the world & stayed in many AIRBNB’s . This one is rhetorical best ever . Large beautifully decorated & designed . Fantastic amenities great neighborhood to all local destinations and sites ! The hosts had a book explaining where things were and how to go ! Perfect , Perfect . Don’t miss on the best of the best . I spent a weekend at Sylvain's place. It is quiet and not overlooked. The place is tastefully renovated. The place is also well-equipped. The view from the accommodation is great. A very nice place to relax / spend a quiet stay.

Insanely beautiful house and garden, ecologically exemplary, in wonderful surroundings, soothing birdsong, hedgehogs passing by at dusk, beautiful art, great amenities (organic coffee, teas, goat's milk soap, flowers, welcome walnuts). Extremely courteous and lovely hostess Christelle.

Philippe had promised us a little piece of heaven, which turned out to be true. We had a great weekend with the children and grandchildren.

The property is aptly named "my flowery house". As soon as we enter, we notice the flowers and the impeccable maintenance of the place. It is a quiet and relaxing place. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The apartment is well arranged, clean and functional. We booked this apartment to get closer to the airport which is 8 km away. In short, if you are looking for a place to relax, I invite you to go there, you won't be disappointed.

After a short-term booking, Morgan warmly welcomed us 45 minutes later in front of an idyllic old mill and we were able to move into the accommodation immediately, which was in a very clean and impeccable condition. The heated hot tub was the icing on the cake. Thanks also to Jean-Luc for the excellent breakfast. The place and the hosts are worth a trip!

We spent a weekend at Tommy's place. The apartment is functional, well-equipped, modern and pleasant. We came with our 1 year old baby and everything we needed was provided (folding crib, high chair). It is equipped with air conditioning which is not insignificant in summer. Only small downside (to which parents of young children are attentive😂) the parquet and the door handles squeak quite a bit and the stairs to access the bedroom upstairs are steep and noisy. It's difficult to move around discreetly Apart from that, everything is great. The place is easy to find, and easy to access. Nearby car parks are available. We recommend this listing 👌
