The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150 m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards-sur-Thônes, 900 m above sea level, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat. The chalet is not suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility.

Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Family Fun at a Trendy Retreat at the Foot of Mont Blanc

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
