It is located in Villards-sur-Thônes, 900 m above sea level, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat. The chalet is not suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility.

Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Detached chalet with unobstructed views of the Aravis mountain range, located in a small subdivision after "Nant Robert et Le Crêt du Bouchet", 2.5 km from the center of the village. Car is essential. PLEASE NOTE! The chalet is not isolated, and depending on the time of day and also on weekends, there is frequent traffic of vehicles going to the houses higher up. We are in no way responsible for and have no control over the flow of cars in front of the chalet (road reserved for residents).

The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
