Embrace the graceful beauty of this chic flat overlooking the ocean just by the beach. The home features stark contrasts amid neutral tones, rustic touches, an open-plan living area, custom furnishings, contrasting motifs, and two covered balconies with a lounge space. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

The apartment is in great condition, clean, easily accessible, and easily accessible. Equipped with convenient private parking. The house is in a residential area, close to the main points of interest of Capbreton and Hossegor. House is very well furnished, clean, equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is very large and well equipped, we only had one problem with the fridge that cooled very little, but the Interhome agency resolved the inconvenience in a matter of a few days. Had a great week in this home. It is very well equipped, quiet and ideally located with a beautiful view. I was able to do all my activities on foot which was really convenient. However, a few small drawbacks: the flush drains poorly, the humidity in the bathroom remains present long enough, and the parking was not accessible for me because the height of the gate stop is too high and limited for some types of vehicle. Other than that, this is a nice place to stay that I recommend for a quiet stay.

The apartment occupies the 1st floor of the house. It's very spacious and has beautiful views. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, it's very appreciated. Saint Jean beach on foot in about 15 minutes, the same for Erromardie. Have a great stay!
