Good convenient accommodation. Meets the expected

We had a great stay in Biarritz. Severine (our host) was very responsive, super nice, flexible and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. The apartment is in an outstanding building, very convenient. Kitchen is well furnished, beds comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance from everything. The only downside is having to pay extra for bed sheets and bathroom towels... given the night price and the clean fees I think those could be included... A special thanks to Severine for welcoming us !

Spacious, bright accommodation with a clear view of a green environment. The residence dates back to the 70s but it is very well maintained, the residents are respectful and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is very bright on the 3rd floor but equipped with single glazing so maybe difficult to heat in the middle of winter. It is at the corner of the building, which allows easy ventilation either to the south or to the west. The equipment is simple but sufficient for a short stay. The check-in and checkout instructions and conditions are clear and simple. We enjoyed this rental and plan to come back.

We had a really nice time in the apartment and the location as well as the view are just fantastic. However, it may be good to know that the apartment is significantly darker than it appears in the pictures, and that you have to bring or buy many things yourself. Linens, towels, detergent, sponge and a garbage bag that is too small are provided by the agency. So, in this apartment, the often usual practice is not implemented, in which basics such as oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, etc. left behind by vacation guests remain after departure, so that the next guests find a basis and, if necessary, replenish and expand, so that everyone has only a small effort. That's a shame and means you really have to bring or buy all these things yourself: toilet paper, garbage bags, all spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc. If you're prepared for it, you can have a great time there.

Very nice and comfortable house. Located not far from the beach and the city center. Quietly, in its large wooded garden, it overlooks the city: the unobstructed view is superb! Inside: the living room is nice, the kitchen well equipped and spacious. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and upstairs, a nice dorm with 4 single beds.

Our trip was professional, we did not look for any particular entertainment around, just a large, clean accommodation, with a private space with bathroom for each couple of the 10 travelers that we were. The apartment perfectly matched our needs. We recommend this property and the host is particularly responsive and caring.

We visited the area for a graduation celebration and we enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get to and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Next time we are in this area we will certainly look for this unit to be available.

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Small regret Not understood that there is no bedroom downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had asked by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.

superb house with large garden and well located, the outdoor furniture is however limited but especially as the rental goes through the agency, it is necessary to provide all the small basic amenities (dish towels, bath mats, etc.) which emerges a little from the concept of Airbnb, but otherwise nothing to say, the house is very nice and rather spacious despite a single bathroom

Good place that we took for a weekend with friends. Clean and spacious. Well located. Attention, it is indicated for 7 people but only 6 beds in the house (the 7th is a simple sofa).

Fantastic location, a great home for a large family. The pool and space was excellent. only criticism was the hot water for the showers doesn't last long if lots of people are staying. highly recommend the house and local area. contis beach is a must.

Very well located family home at the foot of the beach. Winter stay so few people. Heart of town within walking distance of 10 minutes, easily with all the shops nearby. Bedrooms downstairs and living room upstairs. Parking space. Responsive hosts. Amazing views of the ocean and its sunsets.

Lovely place and we will look forward to going back.

The accommodation was charming, extremely peaceful and perfectly equipped. Self check-in and the possibility of parking in the private space are a great plus.
