It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
