Located a few minutes from Evian, facing Lausanne, the accommodation has 2 single bedrooms with lake view, 1 bathroom with toilet and a large living room with a sitting area.

My place is unique: on the slopes of Roc d'Enfer in the Snow Roc residence (2023) In both winter and summer, this 30 m² apartment with its 35 m² panoramic terrace + SAUNA will be perfect for a couple or family with kids. The resort belongs to the Portes du Soleil ski area (10 min drive from Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz). You'll love my place because of its location, its comfort, and its decor. This mountain residence is strict: NO NOISE AT NIGHT FROM 10 P.M. TO 8 A.M.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

On the ground floor of our chalet, south-facing, huge view of the Aulps Valley and the mountains. Very quiet area with meadows, old traditional barns. A 4-minute walk to the bus stop serving Lake Montriond and the Avoriaz ski lifts. Ideal place to stay in the mountains, quiet, but close to the activities of the resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets.

Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of the "Hôtel du Parc" residence with stunning views of Lake Geneva. This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords. You can walk freely in the beautiful private park directly overlooking the marina.
