We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Petit appartement très agréable. Aménagé avec goût et beaucoup de soin. Il est très bien placé, plein centre ville. Les messages de Karine sont rassurants (pour une arrivée autonome) et accueillants. J'ai déjà prévu de revenir! Attention : pas de WiFi. C'est indiqué dans la description, mais je n'y avais pas prêté attention.

Endroit très reposant, très calme à la campagne tout en étant en ville. Logement très bien agencé et équipé. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et la réactivité de notre hôte. Bâtisse avec beaucoup de charme et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite chapelle. De nombreuses possibilités pour dejeuner dehors ou se reposer (tables, hamac, méridiennes... Rapport qualité prix excellent. Je recommande cet endroit et son hôte.

Séjour de deux jours parfait . L’appartement se trouve en bas de la maison avec une entrée complètement indépendante et une place de parking privée. Le logement est neuf ,décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des équipements de qualité . Tout est prévu pour que l’on s’y sente bien . L’hôte est très attentionné et sympathique. Le cadre avec vue sur l’Erdre est magnifique. Je recommande vivement. Merci à tous les deux .

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Randy est un super hôte réactif, courtois, aimable, accueillant. Le logement est au dernier étage d'un immeuble très calme et bien situé que nous recommandons bien entendu ...

Le logement est bien équipé , facile d'accès. Les transports en commun sont relativement proches 500 m environ. 2 boulangeries à proximité 30m pour une et 100m pour l'autre. Les instructions sont claires. Importance d'avoir un parking fermé. Je recommande ce logement.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

Excellent séjour nantais fin juin, pour nous. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre, avec restaurants, commerces et ciné et tram juste à côté. l'appartement est grand et fonctionnel (et frais en cette période de canicule !) à tester sans hésiter.

nous avons passé un très bon moment mais un peu court pour vraiment en profiter. nous retenons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour

communication très agréable avec Charles Emmanuel qui est très disponible. Tout était clair et simple. La literie, de très bonne qualité ainsi que l'emplacement du logement nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour !

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
