Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. The Secret Springs and Caves of Lake Léman

"ChezlaCotch" two-room apartment between lake and mountains

Since 2007, I have offered the studio "ChezlaCotch" between the lake and the mountains; to this studio is added (since April 2024) a bedroom that can accommodate two people. The two-room apartment is separated by a common corridor that we use only to access the commissary. It is not possible to rent only the room because it is without bathroom. So you understand the bathroom is shared. To access it you must go through the "studio", ideal for good friends or family.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.
