Great semi-detached house with a large garden and two parking spaces. Quietly located and 5 minutes from Lake Geneva. Nearby are great experiences such as the Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, mountain tours and much more. The town of "Bouveret" has a lot to offer and is fantastically located, right on the French border. The house is a bit older, but everything works and the location is really great. The kitchen is completely new. We find it very cozy 😊

"ChezlaCotch" two-room apartment between lake and mountains

Since 2007 I have been offering the studio "ChezlaCotch" between lake and mountains, to this studio is added (since April 2024) a bedroom that can accommodate two people. The two-room apartment is separated by a common hallway that we use only to access the supply room. It is not possible to rent only the BD as it has no bathroom. So, as you can see, the BA is shared. To access it you must pass in the “studio”, ideal for good friends or family.
