Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! Very nice spacious, well-appointed and equipped home. Very quiet and very convenient with direct access to all the activities in the city. The ability to park in the yard and plug in your vehicle is a real plus. We would absolutely recommend it.

We are very grateful to Ingrid and Hans for their hospitality, responsiveness and perfect communication. The house itself is very cozy and nicely decorated with the spirit of provincial France, the kitchen and other rooms have all the necessary equipment. Perfectly well-equipped house and placed in a quiet area close enough to all the practical destinations of the island. We used our bikes so it was very nice to be on the route of a bike path! Recommended!

Hello 👋 travelers, I had the opportunity to stay in Soulac through Nathalie and Vladimir. Hosts, attentive, very good communicators and responsive. The accommodation itself is nice, quiet, well-equipped for a pleasant time. In addition, located 300 meters from the ocean and restaurants in a forest setting. Amazing! I recommend it. Thanks to the hosts.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Fantastic location lovely house so convenient for everything local and well placed for trips further afield. Lots of room in the house and plenty to do. Quiet and spacious garden with lovely pool. Fully equipped kitchens both indoor and outdoor. BBQ under verandah and perfect for eating outside if desired. Some lovely original creative art work in the house with games and entertainment in different rooms. Up to date technology for tvs and audio. Lovely heated pool with swim resistant jet and graduated depth. Young children would need flotation aids and adult supervision however. Wonderful fig tree in garden with ripe juicy figs in September during our stay. Alain was the perfect host and went out of his way to accommodate our timings and an early departure to ease our very long journey home.

We had a lovely weekend at the accommodation, it is clean and of quality, great location. I recommend it.

The accommodation is in a very central location, which allows you to do many activities on foot. Communication was very smooth with Dimitri and Florian. Small regret to have to pick up the keys 6km away in a place with limited opening hours. You have to think about anticipating their arrival. The apartment is very good and as described, although a little dark. We would have liked to find the beds made on arrival but it didn't affect our stay.

We had a great weekend. The apartment is very clean, quiet, the children were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities (ping pong table, play structure, foosball) The owner I spoke to on the phone was very welcoming and warm. Thank you very much for hosting us in your home.
