Great weekend at Stéphane's, we came for the Royan marathon. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the really royal starting line. Cozy and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the 5th floor terrace with panoramic views of Royan. Bakery and convenience store 200 m away, really convenient. Great location, very quiet residence. We'll be there again.

Excellent stay in St Palais at Thibaut's, magnificent sea view from all rooms, beach accessible in 1 minute! All the necessary equipment was available. Communication with the concierge was perfect and very smooth. We gladly recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay with your feet in the water!

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from Grande Conche beach, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, without a second thought.

Very good stay at Valérie and Jean-Paul's who welcome us in a bright and very pleasant apartment to stay in. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt very good there. Very well located for going to the beach as well as downtown Royan. Easy street parking on the next street. A little in love with the terrace: small cocoon of greenery where it's nice to have breakfast and also an aperitif. A huge plus when you rent an apartment for the summer and you can also enjoy the outdoors! The shared laundry drying space is also very convenient. We highly recommend this listing. Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciable.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

Very well located accommodation, near the center of Saint Palais sur mer and with a recently remodeled pool. The dedicated parking space is a real asset as well as the garden.
