The apartment is only 40 minutes from Zurich and 20 minutes from Rapperswil, a charming small town with an old town. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the front door. Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus mit liebevoller Innenausstattung in paradiesischer Umgebung. Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

We provide you with our beautiful family apartment. In a stylish ambience, you can enjoy "Dolce vita" as a couple or with the whole family. Lakes, hiking and skiing areas; all within 45 minutes drive. Also the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen and more can be reached within an hour's drive. But maybe you just want to enjoy cozy hours in front of the fireplace, in the pool or in the sauna. We look forward to seeing respectful guests!

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming pavilion with double bed (box spring bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the heating fireplace. Cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, there is also a dormitory available in the barn, for example for families. A kitchen is available about 20 meters from the cottage. On request, we can provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance, as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.
