È stato tutto perfetto, sia la loro disponibilità che l’alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Attenzione però ad uscire dalla metro alla sortie ESPLANADE perché altrimenti dovete fare un sacco di strada in più per nulla. Consigliatissimo e super comodo per Parigi o Disneyland

L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique. Dès que j’ai ouvert la porte, j’ai été sidérée par la beauté du lieu. Certes, ce n’est pas très grand, mais chaque mètre carré a été optimisé avec goût. Les travaux réalisés sont impressionnants : mention spéciale pour la cuisine ouverte que j’ai adorée, ainsi que la salle de bain. Franchement, chapeau pour la rénovation, je pense même m’en inspirer pour mon propre logement ! En plus de ça, à mon arrivée, j’avais plusieurs valises et j’ai été très touchée par l’aide que j’ai reçue. Malgré le cadre professionnel, il y a eu un vrai geste humain. Ça fait du bien de voir encore des personnes attentionnées. Mon séjour s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Si un jour je dois revenir à Aubervilliers, je n’hésiterai pas une seconde. Ce logement m’a même rappelé de beaux souvenirs. Je recommande à 100 %, le lieu est incroyable.

Eine entzückende, helle Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Wir haben den kleinen Balkon geliebt und das schöne Ambiente. Und am Ende des Tages auch den Aufzug. Nadia ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar und flexibel, auch als unser Zug Verspätung hatte und wir deutlich später zum Check-in kamen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Highly recommend! The apartment building is located in a residential area (lots of locals & small businesses) with all the tourist sites easily walkable. The condition of the building & apartment was superb.

Tuvimos una estadia muy agradable. El apartamento es muy bonito, estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo necesario. Un gran punto a favor es el estacionamiento cubierto para el auto. La zona es tranquila y arbolada, hay varios restaurantes de comida rapida a solo unos pasos. Tambien la estacion de tren esta a pocos minutos a pie. Stephanie ha sido muy amable y respondio nuestros mensajes muy rapido. Con toda seguridad lo recomendamos!

Our stay at Charlotte's place was really good. Everything was very clean and Charlotte replied quickly to any inquiries. The only missing thing was the AC.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Wen et sa famille ont été très accueillant. Ils ont été réactif pour mon accueil malgré le changement d’horaire lié à mon train. L’appartement correspond à la description. Il est proche du rer A et de commerces de proximité. Je recommande vivement ce logement

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

Mon séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé. Hôte réactif aux messages. Les instructions sont très claires pour une arrivée en tout autonomie dans ce logement qui est dans un immeuble ancien. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. C'est propre, il y a assez d'espace pour cuisiner (plaque, four et micro-onde en plus de la machine a café 'l'or'). Sur la SDB, rien à dire (système wc broyeur mais chasse d'eau normale, douche, lavabo clean). La chambre, côté cour, est petite mais c'est cocooning (matelas plutôt ferme, oreillers assez épais et d'autres oreillers plus plats et couette dans l'armoire). Espace vie : TV / canap/ livres. C'est assez calme et paisible. Odeur de propre en rentrant, ça met de bonne humeur je trouve. J'ai apprecié y séjourner ces quelques jours. A 5 min à pied d'un supermarché et à 10 min à pied, sans se presser, du M13 Gennevilliers, niquel ! Que demander de plus, l'essentiel est là .... Si l'occasion se représente je reviendrai.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

C’è da premettere che noi eravamo a Parigi per il Salone Aeronautico di Le Bourget, per questo la posizione era perfetta. Se il nostro intento fosse stato visitare la città ovviamente l’alloggio sarebbe stato un po’ fuori mano. Detto ciò, la casa è super spaziosa: è una villa di tre piani con giardino e quindi perfetta per grandi gruppi. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati molto larghi, sicuramente senza la claustrofobia che trasmettono altri alloggi su questa piattaforma. Non c’è aria condizionata ma tutti i piani eccetto la mansarda erano comunque molto freschi (perlomeno a fine giugno). Infine, nonostante non l’abbiamo mai incontrato dal vivo, Hamza è stato molto presente con i messaggi e ha risposto sempre velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Un accueil de qualité de la part de Ben. Hôte réactif et très arrangeant et d’une grande gentillesse avec toute sa famille . Il est disponible à tout moment. Le logement était impeccable, très grand, bien agencé et TRÈS propre. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin qui est un grand plus. Je recommande à 100%. Nous reviendrons
