The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.

Our large house accommodates couples, families with kids, groups (9/10 max) and four-legged friends. Divided into 2 independent apartments (4/5 people per apartment), each apartment has a double bed room and a single bed room, private entrance and large equipped garden, quiet and peaceful relaxation area (hammock, table tennis, barbecue etc.) Located in nature, at the edge of the forest, near river, lake, GR etc... Ski resorts 20 km away.

In the north of the Hautes Alpes, our character studio awaits you. On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer. This studio was converted from an old vaulted barn which gives it a very atypical charm. Parking space reserved for our guests

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
