Villa Carmélie appartement avec terrasse

Face au jardin de la Villa Carmelie, cet appartement indépendant est au rez de chaussé d'une maison. Il est situé a 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la gare (3 minutes en voiture). L'environnement est plutôt calme et verdoyant. Un parking gratuit contigu à la maison permet de se garer sans difficulté. (Il y a un petit chien dans la maison principale mais qui ne peut accéder au logement car la terrasse est fermée.)
