This guest room is ideally located for exploring the north coast of Brittany. 2 km from the sea and shops, on a quiet street. Located on the second floor of a house reserved for 2 guest rooms, it includes a double bed, a kettle with courtesy tray, Wi-Fi access. Bathroom, toilet, reading area and balcony shared between the two bedrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. Free parking on site.

The room offers easy access to downtown Quintin. Close to all amenities. You will be staying in the former Quintin presbytery and will have your own private space. Guests can take advantage of the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool in operation during the season (from April to the end of September). A billiard room may also be available to you. For hikers, I suggest picking you up and dropping you off on the GR34, at Port à la Duc or PLéhérel Ideally located for visiting by car at 1/4h Cap Fréhel, Les Sables d 'Or, Fort La Latte, Erquy, Pléneuf Val André. Dinan, Dinard, St Malo are 1/2h away.

the room I offer is on the second floor of my main house, under the attic (old converted attic) , with a double bed and a single bed, and you can have the bathroom with toilet and shower (not shared by the rest of the house) on the second floor too. I can also offer you breakfast and you can also take advantage of my kitchen to make you eat.

We are located a few meters from Les Godelins Beach and GR34. Our guesthouse is a stone Legris villa. The city center of Etables-sur-mer and the market are a 5-minute walk away. The Godelins neighborhood is a "Belle Epoque" villas built by Oscar and Victoria Legris in the early 1900s. Our house is one of these authentic seaside villas.
