Impeccable accommodation and matches the photos and description. Clean, spacious and bright, it will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Located in a quiet residence, the parking space right in front of the accommodation is a significant plus if you come by car. As for the location, the accommodation is perfectly located close to the center of Saint-Brieuc, everything is within walking distance. A big thank you to Steeve, who was very available, friendly and proactive throughout the stay, the instructions provided were very clear, I recommend this host without a second thought of course 😊

Amazing place! Everything about it was brilliant. Consider taking a fan in the hotter months as no aircon made it very hot.

Excellent hosting, ideal location, apartment with all the essentials. Viviane takes great care of her beautiful studio. And exceptional sea views! Ideas for discoveries, hikes, visits... given by Viviane or in all the documentation. For your information, on the practical side: no wifi, but most importantly, very little network 😉 Parking at the foot of the building. Access to shops and hiking trails on foot. Provide extra for linen (excellent quality), cleaning and heating. We'll be back as soon as we can!

Lovely little place on a tranquil street - perfect for a few nights

Access via key safe, code came by message in Messenger a few hours before. Private parking, but this is only accessible when you have taken the key from the key safe. Super nice, spacious apartment with everything you need. Even a washing machine is available. Nespresso machine available and some capsules to start, but no normal coffee machine. Nice, helpful communication via chat messages. Quiet location in Plerin, close to the cemetery and the small town center with a bakery nearby. By car, you can quickly get to St. Brieuc or the beaches (e.g. Plage des Rosaiers). We will be happy to come back.

Everything went very well, I recommend it.

We had a great time with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for drinks and snacks. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station with the city bus. You can also reach Martin Beach on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still need to bring sports shoes but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area within a 10-minute walk offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The apartment has a fantastic location, in the evening it is quiet and you have a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy the view even at breakfast. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. You should still bring a sharp knife. Caroline is a very nice hostess.

Excellent stay with my sweetheart, we had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful apartment (we got very attached to it!). Shops nearby, beach, activity…everything was superb. Communication with Steffie was impeccable and clear.☺️☺️

I would recommend Samuel's place. Came to the legu to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, cozy. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The beach "Martin Beach is 10 minutes by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His accommodation is as described, it would almost be necessary to specify the very nice setting in which it is located with "the abbey" and the park of the retirement home. It's charming. Well placed to be able to walk around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure of the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cushions) should be reviewed, however. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

Accommodation booked for one night with a very good welcome from Odile and her husband. The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay at Yann's. Great location, close to the port, beaches, restaurants. The Thursday morning market is very good. Very nice accommodation, as described.

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!
