It is well insulated, cool in the summer, and located in a classified villa, a quiet condominium with six apartments. 2nd floor, no elevator. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. Linen in cotton or linen. Kitchen access possible if at least 3 nights.

In a charming 14th-century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to the beaches, salt marshes and La Brière, a beautiful room with independent entrance, private toilet, bathroom and shower. Large kitchen shared with the host. A courtesy tray is at your disposal (tea, coffee, herbal tea, chocolate plus a basket of gourmet cookies) I recommend the delicious Thai massages given by Plumanela on site and by reservation. The accommodation is self-contained, with its own entrance. The property is situated in a quiet and spacious natural environment only 500 meters from the chapel and fountain of Locmaria, Séglien and next to the woods of Coet an Fao. Nick, Sandra and their dog will welcome you warmly.
