It is well insulated, cool in the summer, and located in a classified villa, a quiet condominium with six apartments. 2nd floor, no elevator. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. Linen in cotton or linen. Kitchen access possible if at least 3 nights.

In a charming 14 th century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, private toilet and shower. Large kitchen to share with host. A courtesy tray is available for your use (tea, coffee, herbal tea, hot chocolate, plus a basket of gourmet cookies).
