Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A 2-room apartment of 48 m2 furnished for a couple but with the possibility of accommodating more people, sleeping on the sofa bed, adding a mattress for 1 person and 1 umbrella bed. Kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, large private wooded garden. Parking on site. Access to the historic city center 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1.5 hr drive.

Charming independent duplex of 32 m2, renovated in an old house, quiet. We live next door, in a separate house. Bed linen and towels are provided. A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope.
