It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 min from Futuroscope.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).
