We will be delighted to host you in our carefully designed accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house with independent entrance/terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside to the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (150 cm bed) and a sofa bed (140 cm). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 min from Futuroscope.

On the outskirts of Poitiers, accommodation offering old world charm with all modern comforts. House in an old farm, adjoining the owners' home. Separate entrance, terrace and garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living room open to an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop...). Upstairs, you have access to a landing with a desk area serving a large bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed and a bathroom.

Charming independent duplex of 32 m2, renovated in an old house, quiet. We live next door, in a separate house. Bed linen and towels are provided. A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope. No smoking allowed

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).
