We will be delighted to host you in our carefully designed accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house with independent entrance/terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside in the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (bed 150) and a sofa bed (140). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 minutes from the CHU, 10 minutes from the city center of Poitiers and 20 minutes from the Futuroscope.

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît bourg 15 minutes by car from the city center and the train station of Poitiers, 25 min from Futuroscope and 10 min from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, facing not opposite, high up with views of the St Benoît viaduct, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens so you will find all the amenities there. It's at the foot of a hiking trail. Be careful for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

20 m2 studio converted from the garage of my house in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals with two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. (Warning: the toilets are closed by a simple curtain). No dogs allowed Close to CHU, Campus, Confort Moderne and shops.
