Antoine is a friendly and very responsive host. Cute little studio, clean. You can do a little cooking there. It is located on a quiet street. We're fine there. Many attractions nearby: Saint Peter's Cathedral, Saint John's Baptistery, La Sainte Croix Museum, etc. The apartment is not far from the center. The nearest bus stop is called "Pont Joubert". Bus 11 takes you to the center. I would recommend the place.

Great place, we recommend it, everything was perfect. If the opportunity arose, we would come back without any worries. Very clean, really great stay.

The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating. Despite missing my last train due to a delay, Angelique went above and beyond to rearrange my check-in, ensuring a smooth experience. The apartment itself was stunning, located on the first floor and just a short 12-minute walk from the train station—an ideal location that's also close to central. The only pointer is that there's the need to remove bedsheets before departing for an early bus. While not a major issue, streamlining this aspect would elevate the guest experience even further. 5 stars nonetheless!

Jessica was super flexible for our arrival, everything was done so that we had no worries! I would highly recommend it The parking is out of sight — very appreciable when you have a sports car 😉 Again, I'd recommend it without a second thought!

We only spent one night because we were making a stopover, but the accommodation is clean and functional, and the place for the car in the courtyard is a real plus. Self check-in is very convenient. Quentin is super responsive by message but at the last minute. Thank you so much!

We had a pleasant night at Jennifer's place. The studio is functional, clean and perfectly located because it is close to the train station and the Futuroscope. The check-in and checkout instructions are clear and communication with Jennifer went very well. We recommend!

Accommodation is pleasant and peaceful. It's only a 10-minute walk to the hospital, which allowed me to honor my medical appointments easily. I recommend it!

We had a great time in the Bohemian suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will come back without hesitation if we pass through the region! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

Accommodation as described. Small clarification even for 2, the fridge is really too small, that's the negative point if you are on site for several days. Caroline responds quickly to messages and the accommodation is really cute. Recommended

Pleasant, quiet, spacious cottage however with some differences from the basic listing including the outdoor pool only available in June. Essentials are missing (soap, dishwashing and cleaning product, salt, pepper, extra toilet paper and towels). One of the mattresses on the bunk bed is very uncomfortable but nothing to say about the others. We did not see the owner but when we had him on the phone, the exchange was nice. We had very great tranquility throughout the stay.
