Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice house.

Great stay with friends with 3/4 year old children House well suited for them with secure garden. Beach at 1 min walk. Coastal path next door. Sandy beach 5 min drive 15 min walk (20 min with children). Large super nice playground 5 min walk from the house. The house was very clean. Provide just the basics (salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, etc.) Everything was great, we loved our stay. 👍☺️

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

Frédérique gave us a warm welcome, with nice touches. We felt like we were being welcomed by a longtime friend. The accommodation matches the photos, very quiet with a lovely unobstructed view of the sea. It's comfortable, well appointed and equipped. Very bright, it's a good place to stay. We felt like we were "home"! A valuable property for discovering the French Riviera. Frédérique was present in the accommodation above ours, and she was very responsive to our questions. I recommend!!!

Pascal is a wonderful super friendly host that you could not wish for better. The outdoor area of the apartment is particularly noteworthy and modern, spacious and beautifully made. Looks very new.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet place and a stone's throw from the sea and the city center. Clean and very comfortable apartment with a responsive host and clear instructions.

The place is as pictured and well equipped. We only lacked an armchair ;) The paths to the water and shopping are just around the corner. The surroundings are very quiet and our VW bus was able to park perfectly next to the accommodation. However, the loft bed is more suitable for smaller children.

Marie Laure and Daniel are two caring people and full of kindness yes .... The apartment is really good, close to everything, Fréjus is a sublime city ... it's quiet, there's a creek just downstairs. They are great hosts, yes the best during my many trips... Don't hesitate to stay at their home.

Super apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with everything necessary, nice balcony, great view of the sea. Street noise from the shore road did not bother us. Very easy to reach. Good starting point in all directions. Car needed. Great contact with the very friendly landlady. Overall great stay

Was a lovely home. Pictures were an accurate representation however not highly recommended for taller guests. Katie was fast, helpful, and responsive. We utilized the laundry services and our clothes were cleaned fast and well.

We had a great week at Laure's place. Check-in is flexible and the house is easy to find. The house was clean and we even had coffee, dishwasher capsules and one for the washing machine. It was great because I hadn't thought of it when I arrived. The property is close to a pharmacy, Super U, bakery and several restaurants. Easy street parking The host was very responsive and responded perfectly to my questions, thank you to her. I think we'll come back next year for the Roc D 'Azur

A beautiful villa with gorgeous mountain and sea view. It corresponds to the description and is much more beautiful than it is in the pictures. We had a great time, Angelique and Thiery are some responsive hosts who made us feel at home and helped us with any information. Numerous sandy beaches very close. We will definitely come back. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very good stay in a refurbished and very well-equipped apartment :) Secure residence a five-minute walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and its beach. At the foot of a waterway with the possibility of walking to the sea. I recommend it!

A wonderful host who went above and beyond to help me as a fellow woman and made sure I felt safe and comfortable!

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

We were hosted very well by Lydie, the apartment was clean and as described, we had a pleasant stay.
