Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Aygulf, Var

Nice little apartment with balcony by the sea. In 5 minutes you can reach the beach and the private parking is worth gold. We were provided with free rackets for the tennis court that you can use in the private grounds. You have everything you need and the communication was always quick and helpful. We felt very comfortable! And would come back anytime:-)

We had a great week at Nathalie's. The accommodation was spotless, the terrace is very nice, no problem parking. Area is beautiful. Everything was perfect. We thank Nathalie for accepting our two small dogs and for hosting us. We'll be there again.

The place is as pictured and well equipped. We only lacked an armchair ;) The paths to the water and shopping are just around the corner. The surroundings are very quiet and our VW bus was able to park perfectly next to the accommodation. However, the loft bed is more suitable for smaller children.

We had a great stay,as soon as we arrived Cristina welcomed us super well,Cristina is very professional,the accommodation is super well located with everything nearby,the accommodation met our expectations,it was very clean and very comfortable,we will come back by closing our eyes,I wanted to thank Christina for her professionalism,she gave us great advice and was always attentive,thank you very much Cristina 😉

Super apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with everything necessary, nice balcony, great view of the sea. Street noise from the shore road did not bother us. Very easy to reach. Good starting point in all directions. Car needed. Great contact with the very friendly landlady. Overall great stay

We had a great week at Laure's place. Check-in is flexible and the house is easy to find. The house was clean and we even had coffee, dishwasher capsules and one for the washing machine. It was great because I hadn't thought of it when I arrived. The property is close to a pharmacy, Super U, bakery and several restaurants. Easy street parking The host was very responsive and responded perfectly to my questions, thank you to her. I think we'll come back next year for the Roc D 'Azur

A beautiful villa with gorgeous mountain and sea view. It corresponds to the description and is much more beautiful than it is in the pictures. We had a great time, Angelique and Thiery are some responsive hosts who made us feel at home and helped us with any information. Numerous sandy beaches very close. We will definitely come back. We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

Frédérique gave us a warm welcome, with nice touches. We felt like we were being welcomed by a longtime friend. The accommodation matches the photos, very quiet with a lovely unobstructed view of the sea. It's comfortable, well appointed and equipped. Very bright, it's a good place to stay. We felt like we were "home"! A valuable property for discovering the French Riviera. Frédérique was present in the accommodation above ours, and she was very responsive to our questions. Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very nice welcome by Olivier. Impeccable accommodation in a very quiet residence. Small shops and sea nearby. I recommend it.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

Thanks to Matthieu for hosting us and for his nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the secure but very easy access to the apartment (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

Excellent nice and clean accommodation with direct access to the sea and a beautiful rooftop pool. The location is also great next to the Bay of Angels. Finally, Kevin is an exceptional host, very pleasant and helpful. we would gladly go back 😀
