What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! I could not have been happier with the stay Lorraine and William provided. Everything was exactly I needed, and it ticked all the criteria I look for in an AirBNB. I would happily come back and pay for a second time.

I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

I would like to say a special thanks to Sanaz for accommodating me and my family late on Friday afternoon, the Airbnb I booked was stench with cigarette smoke and we could not stay there. After booking Sanaz place, the check in was super easy and the apartment was very classy. The beds are super comfy. I will definitely book again. Thanks for hosting us Sanaz.

The place is easy to access, with many restaurants nearby. The house is very clean, tidy and well organised. Feel like at home. It’s even better than the photos.

Great location, central & walking distance to everything in Moonee Ponds yet apartment is tucked away in a quiet street. Owner is very friendly, responsive & keeps the place clean & tidy. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment & great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet apartment in great Brunswick location. Transport, restaurants, supermarket and coffee almost at the door. The apartment is really quiet and secure and has the bonus of a garden outlook and small outdoor space. Great for 1 or 2 people. Lauchy is a friendly and helpful host.

Great location. Handy to the Station & trams. Walking distance to Victoria markets. Apartment had great views & was clean and comfortable. Good size. Paul & Dean responded straight away with any questions we had. It had everything we needed from heating & hair dryers to an iron Very happy with our stay. Big thank you to Paul & Dean.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Thank you Marc & MJ for the warm welcome & chockies, even though we never even needed to speak with you, and also for the attention to detail in this and central well-appointed apartment. With the cold and being from up north, I would have appreciated either a bathrobe or an extra towel, but the unit was very cosy anyway. Thanks for the carpark as well, so handy as we'd hired a car to get around outside of the CBD on the wet weekend.
