This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
