Located in a quiet and convenient area, ideal for both work and vacation; served by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. In front of the house, there is a bus stop to get to the beach in Marina di Ravenna, Punta Marina, or any part of the city.

In the historic center of Marradi, but in a quiet area with a narrow street and traveled only by residents, you will find a two-story building. My wife and I live on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find the Airbnb Cielo e Terra and a recently renovated attic consisting of 2 large double bedrooms, a small hallway where you can have breakfast and a small but fully equipped bathroom, shower, toilet, sink and hydraulic brush, free Wi-Fi, private parking and a large garden adjacent to the house
